Fabrication
For expert precision fabrication our shop is outfitted with the following:
- Computer controlled Dremel CNC Engraver for up to 20” x 12” projects
- 2 Knee mills, 1 Grizzly with a computer controlled retro fit, 1 manual Millrite
- 11” x 36” Sheldon Lathe
- 21” x 60” LeBlonde Lathe
- 50 Ton Hydraulic Press
- 6’x 12’ CNC plasma cutting table in progress
For the Port Townsend Clock Tower Restoration our company designed a custom cable swivel. During the installation, our fabricator discovered that an integral piece of the clock was damaged and ultimately going to fail, causing even further damage. We fabricated a 3 ¼” x 1” thick steel gear using the original design specifications from the late 1800’s to ensure the historical accuracy of the project.
With expert technical precision our company has produced 1” steel square tubing fish tank stands, aluminum propeller hubs and motor mounts for para gliders, threaded aluminum fuel tank caps and necks for aircraft, gun sights, and custom aluminum rifle bull barrels among many other projects.
